While Teknyo.lk is based in Sri Lanka, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with takedown requests as a matter of policy and professionalism.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a legal copyright holder or a designated agent acting on behalf of a rights holder, and you believe that content on or accessible through Teknyo infringes your copyright and does not fall within the boundaries of "Fair Use", please send a detailed takedown request to:

Your notice should include the following information (in accordance with DMCA requirements):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL or exact location on our site.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What Happens Next?

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly investigate the claim.
  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material if the claim is valid.
  • Notify the content uploader (if applicable) regarding the removal.

All third-party materials (e.g., images, quotes, videos) posted on Teknyo are the property of their respective creators. Teknyo does not claim ownership over any such copyrighted content.
